The definition of a psychopath is one who has no emotions. They are usually quite good at emulating emotions and manipulating people. They don't all go "insane" and kill people, in fact most just get on with their lives like anyone else, only thing is they wouldn't feel remorse for killing someone.

Strange, I've never heard of anyone who could only feel certain emotions before. You're quite an interesting fellow!

I compress my anger.
Though it's not good on my health.

I just ask myself "What's the point in bein' angry?" and I calm down instantly, sometimes it makes me laugh too. This also works for being upset/depressed etc.

Oh my God. Someone who got the definition of "psychopath" right. THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS IS HERE!How I deal with my anger? Uh, I take my pillow out of its covers, soak the pillow in hot water, get a knife, and repeatedly stab my pillow while pretending that the pillow is either one of my parents. It's really effective!
