how could I slipstream updates?...

i am planning on installing a version of Tiny XP on my mom's old as hell computer, since my tests with VMWare showed it would run faster for her...one problem..it only includes updates through February 2010, and i was hoping to slipstream the more recent updates to it, because windows update has been removed from it, and i want it as secure as possible...and if possible (never done or heard anything about it..) slipstream a browser installer to it (like Mozilla Firefox) because it is so difficult to get to IE, and if it runs at the speed it does at the moment (or even close...) i will give up, and not care about it anymore... so is there a program that will put these in the OS for me? or is there a way to build the OS in VMWare and create an installer out of it to include everything on the disk?Any help would be great,
thanks in advance,
Ryan.

Just download the updates and install them manually.I just use Comodo Firewall and Avast! Antivirus and nothing has happened to my computer in a few months.

thing about that is, i tend to give up easily on my mom computer. =/EDIT: i screwed up somehow...it said it removed 17.3mb's from it, but it was 4.8GB's!!!! did it make the disk based on my operating system, and not the disk?
