[HgSs]Battle Frontier suggestions

Hi,Just caught every legendary and like to run the Battle Frontier. What Pokémon can you suggest for me? I will base my team off of your ideas.

metagross, tyranitar and dragonite =D

latios, garchomp, Shedninja (only use if you leveld him up, with good ev's and stuff). If you can use one of the 3 birds use arcticuno(make sure you have sheer cold and mind reader).

honestly i never use legendary for frontiermetagross, lapras, snorlax,, you can change metagross with dragonite though,,,
