i dont know how to make a poll! :-[ and, what does it mean to have a topic stickied?

When a topic is stickied, it's kept near the top of the page in bold, so it will never not be seen. Stickies are usually the most important topics to read, as they provide useful and sometimes necessary information, such as the rules. If a topic is stickied, then an administrator or moderator has recognized it as a useful post and stickied it. Usually, people should read the stickies in a forum before posting, as it may discuss the answer to a question you might have asked.Update: As for the poll, the "HELP" button at the top of the page is there for a reason, just like stickies.https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?action=help;page=post#newpollUpdate 2: It looks like the Post New Poll option has been disabled in most forums. I'm unsure why, though.

Use the help section yeah. Locked...

posting polls was disabled because we were getting too many stupid ones.
