help with psx game downloading

I tried to donwload PSX ISO: Castlevania - Symphony of the Night - USA, got a strange message said "not enough points", any idea what's wrong ? or how can I gather(earn) those points ?(I've successfully downloaded several dns roms.)

All explained here https://www.romulation.org/introduction/#points :)

thanks for the reply!
