Help with Pokemon Black/White 2 on r4ds

I've downloaded the Black 2 and White 2 roms multiple times to use on my r4, but they aren't working. And I've downloaded other roms to be sure it's not a fault on my end, but the product is definitely working as it should. So why do I only get white screens when I try to load up either Black 2 or White 2 on my DS Lite?

I didn't realize there were multiple types...It just says "Revolution 4 DS" on it. And I use the files I got from here: http://www.r4ds.me/download/r4_v1.18_kernel.html

You can use the roms that are, mostly, translated on the translation thread.Go there and download one of the 2 latest patched roms and use those. You will thing, most of the time, you are playing the english version.
(since you solved that... you just need to do the same thing for the patched rom. Even the save file will work if you just replace the one you are playing for the new one. Keep the name)
