Help with lag on Pokemon White?

TezzdevI just started playing pokemon on my laptop and I get 30fps it says from no$zoomer and it feels really slow with responses, does any else get this? If you know how to make it faster please tell me.

Try switching off sound.But....30fps is quite a good speed.
