help winrar wont extract

hey im new to epsxe but i cant for the life of me get the the roms to extract either from this site or others winrar and frog rar extracter both say the file is corrupt or there is not enogh space on disk but i got at least 10gig spare enybody got eny ideas?

Not sure about the disk space...but I assume the downloads have corripted.Get a download manager like "free download manager" or "flashget" to prevent this.All you can do is try again...

Do u open the rar file or save it. i get sometimes a error because i open it. :p so u should try it to save it to ur desktop or something

Orbit also can work, some time ago I was having the same problem when downloading resident evil 2 , but after this it worked fine to me.

I assume the file you're downloading is a .rar or a .zip or a .7z. If it's not, what is it?
