My Old User On Romulation ,rogerssater, got an e-mail saying if i download i will get prosecuted and if i want to download again then i need to encrypt my downloads what should i do?! :o :o :'( :'(

So where did the threat e-mail come from?

He probably had is email visible in his User Profile and someone decided to play a joke on him and send him an email.You won't get emails like this.
