Help me someone

I have a M3iZero and I wanted to put the Pokemon Platinum (eng) Rom (i already have the game) on the card.I got it on there, but it wont play. The screen just turns white, and stays that way. Help?

Always back your files up, first thing, post haste. I read somewhere else, someone else, was having issues with this card too.
Do you hear any audio, when the screen turns white?
Or is it just all blank?

i dunno, i dont really turn on audio that muchand, i have several copies of it on my Hard drive. none work.well, when i bought it, they put the latest software on the Sd...

I think the last person that had this issue, had to downgrade. But I don't remember. Any thoughts Loony?

Im backing the files up again, jtbs. I am new to the rom world, so i go to the M3 site, and download what?

The latest firmware/kernel. Check on your M3 menu to see which firmware you currently have.
