Help!!!!!! I have no idea what to do!

Please Help! Everytime i go to revolution-anime.net i get a white screen with this error :jtablesession::Store Failed
DB function failed with error number 145
Table './revoluw3_jml01/jos2_session' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL=INSERT INTO jos2_session ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( '4337964bfd22bde0ae7cff7c14c06e43','1280784257','','0','1','0' )Can anyone please give me a step by step guide on how to fix this (i'm pretty dumb when it comes to this stuff ) :'(

So the problem isn't in my side? because google said something about using phpmyadmin to repair some kind of table so i downloaded phpmyadmin and its not an installer just a .zip file when i extracted it it gave me a folder with all of its files so where should i put the folder? in program files?

you're right i didn't need to download phpmyadmin it's already fixed by the site owners thanks you just stopped me from messing up my computer ( i was just about to do random stuff )
