Use No$Zoomer, it has a Noise Suppression option that may help.
Check out the Common Issues thread for a link to it https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=1462.0

were is the noise suspension option located at?

Right click the no$zoomer, go to 'OTHER', and there should be the 'Noise Suppression' option.

kk i will try

You may need to use it a few times to get the right sound without the buzz.
Using it once usually don't make much difference.
