going to hell is a fair price to send one and only one to hell but when you aquire the death note and kill a million people, the only punishment you get is that you can never go to hell nor heaven? is that fair :'(

Yes because if you would like to, you could wander the Earth as a ghost & scare the hell out of people.When I die, if there is such a thing as an after life & such, I won't go to heaven &/or hell, I'll wander the earth aimlessly & ever so often post on the forum to check up on everyone :o
