the blue card is for the lucky channel on the radio tower in goldenrod city, everyday tune into radio and hear the secret password from a girl, then go to radio tower 2nd floor where there is a girl and she will tell you to join the broadcast, then she will tell wich is the password,if u say the correct password she will give you a point, that will be aded to the blue card,do it every day till you get loads of points and you can exchange those points for items with a girl next to that in on the 2nd floor radio tower!
