Heart Gold/Soul Silver patch?

I've found this with google, but I have no idea if it's credible or not: http://gamereviewers.info/pokemon-heart-gold-and-soul-silver-ap-anti-piracy-patch/Haven't tried it myself yet, because the fact that it's been up for two days with NO comments is disturbing me.

Please test before posting. And other users be careful when downloading things.

Tried and tested myself, not a working patch, sorry.
