Then, you can't run anything except dinky homebrew.Nothing is possible as of now with ISOs and emulators for a 3000 with the 6.20 firmware and it isn't possible to flash it like a pre-TA88v3 slim/phat though unfortunately...

is there a way to lower the firware back to ver 3 or 2?

Well ur can runs some emulator and homebrew games on the psp 6.20 now got to run N64,nes,sega and Gba ;D just to name a few. Google (Hbl psp)
