H/D With Fried Circuit Board.Swapover Possible Specs.Inc Possible.(SOLVED)

Could i do a circuit board replacemwnt with the following i have 2 dead hd's 1 good working one i am reccovering daat from them both.Dead HD #1 Specs:Seagate

Firmware:8.54Someone please answer.and i hope it is possible.thnx in advance.What had Happened:A USB H/D Adapters circuits came loose whilst my hard drive was plugged in.stupidly i tried another h/d same thing happened to it so apparently it can be fixed says my father and this youtube vid:Here By swapping the circuit boards around.is it possible with my equiptment?Thnk u gr8ly i would really appreciate it

P.S Loony i got it swapped over and restored data last wekk and it worked! so i did prove u wrong.ha.weird.and am now using as bakup drives after succesful recovery.
