he should be killed, show that violence is not tolerated

because in the US, if you are seen with carrying a weapon, you are either arrested, or charged with "disturbing the peace." (for states that legalize open carry)where I live, open carry is allowed, so I could walk around with a fully loaded shotgun, but I would still be charged with that.
