Great DS games no-one's heard of.

I'd like to hear from people about great games they think may have slipped under the radar and escaped peoples notice. I would guess that the majority of these games will be imports. I'm going to start the ball rolling with Loopop:Loop Salad DS. A great Japanese puzzler - I notice under 600 people have downloaded from Romulation. Also Pic-pic - another great puzzle game and to finish things off, a game that has garnered a bit more notice but is still criminally underrated "Tingles' Rosy Rupeeland" - I know this game has its faults but I have really enjoyed it.

Rittai Picross! Very fun indeed. And yep, Pic Pic is one of the best puzzle game ever created on the DS. :D And PictoImage is also fun for a while...Oh for simulation, you must try Touch Mechanic. It's like playing Trauma Center in the garage :P

Seriously, try Giana Sisters. Its a fantastic Mario Bros clone that NOBODY has heard of. I try to pimp out this game whenever I can on the forums. Really, PLAY IT. You'll thank me.

@kamuikurou, thanks for the tip - I've often thought about downloading this game - but your explanation -"trauma centre in the garage " is just perfect and makes me want to download the game. I'll let you know what I think - thanks very much for the suggestion.jdhasson- I agree with you totally- I've already got Giana Sisters but hopefully someone else will be inspired by your post and downlaod this gem of a game.Rysio - I just read a review on this game - they gave it 80- I'm going to give it a try- thanks for the tip.All up, I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for all of your recommendations and I will be downloading all of the titles you have mentioned (except Giana Sisters- as stated I already own this one but you're definatley right-great game.

@groh - I've got Super Robot Taisen OG Saga Endless Frontier but I haven't got around to playing yet. Endless Frontier is in English, are the ones you mentioned in your post translated into English?Also- Henry Hatsworth and his Puzzling Adventure is another great but often overlooked game I realise that this game got quite a lot of media attention at the time of release- but it was never given a local release here in Australia. Come on people- keep those suggestions coming! And to everyone who has posted-thank you for all your great suggestions,

No. :(
That's why I'm the only one that pays lots of attention to those games. :(
And they'll never be translated due to legal reasons. :(

I take it those legal reasons are the same ones that stop the 'Jump" series being published outside of Japan

Bloody pissed about no proper english version of the jump series

Still the english patched version is better than nothing! Hopefully some more people will post about their favorite DS games that escaped mainstream notice. What about you icelol- any suggestions of great games I may have missed?
