Good links for tutorials on how to softmod

I have a virgin Wii (omg) and I looked up tutorials, but they're all pretty damn convoluted and confusing for my own good. Is there any good tutorials (hopefully along with a video tut along with written instructions) for completely softmodding a 4.2 Wii? Along with that USB stick loader thing? Thanks.

mmm really like to help you, but, the sites I know/use are in spanish...
and it will be a little hard to translate what you need.... e.g. http://wii.scenebeta.com/
