GBA on softmod wii

I have a softmod wii, so I'm curious about
some games that have specific features that
are only available when you plug in a GBA to
a gamecube port.I do NOT have a GBA, but I'm playing WindWaker
(actually playing from disc, not a ROM), and I've
always been curious about the features available
via the "Tingle Tuner" with a GBA plugged in.Is there a way to force/simulate a GBA connection
programmatically?

I would doubt it, since it would involve running multiple programs simultaneously, which IIRC consoles are not capable of.
