GBA on DSI

Hi AllIs it or will it ever be possible to play GBA ROMs on a DSI, as it has no slot 2 to use a flash card, i have heard a rumor that it may be possible soon to access GBA ROMs via the side SD card slot on the DSI, Dont know if there is any truth in the rumorthanks for any replies. ;)
