Games similar to Splinter cell ds

Does anyone know any games similar to splinter cell-chaos theory? I have really enjoyed this game and i would like to play something similar to the "spy and observation" genre.
Thanks ;)

There isn't many like it unfortunatly...If lunar knights did better (which has small stealth elements), we might have got metal gear solid on ds :(
