hey,
when i am playing a game on my laptop it first runs good but, after 30 min or so the game starts lagging VERY hard so that it's impossible to play the games :(
when i play games i enable in systempropertiesperformance; best performance and i am using gamebooster. my graphic card is ati mobility radeon 5470.

euhm... can i do something that it wont happen and can play games?
not really. Laptops are not designed to run games. A cooling pad can help somewhat but only to an extent.

oh and btw does it 'hurt' the laptop in some way when i play until it overheats?

It is supposed to shut itself down before any real damage is done to the hardware. But it's not really a good idea to just keep running your computer til it shuts down due to overheating.
run the game at a lower quality and/or resolution.
