Game is Restricted

I've tried to download several games and I keep getting the message "Game is restricted" Is this a copyright thing or an account thing? Any help or suggestions for this problem is greatly appreciated.

it's because we received DMCA takedown notices for those games.

Does this mean that the games are permanently deleted?

it means the game is not downloadable and will not be downloadable in future

I think the owner of that games must working on it that's why they were showing the temporary message "Game is Restricted".

No, it means we were told to remove the game permanently or be sued.
