freezng problem with Castlevania Portrait of ruin U rom

Well im using an N5 with an SDHC card of 4 gigabytes, the problem starts during nation of fool, im unable to use the last telporter you find, then during doom forest stage it went on the same thing, now im climbing up the mechanical tower i got an item, i presume is a whip, when i hit start BOOM!, game freezes, do i need to patch thie game? or if any one has the rom patched can please post a mediafire/megaupload/rapidshare link for me to downlaod it since im wanting to finish this game, and acquiring a 4gb card was my principal reasonim using the latest frimware of the N5 the 1.31, i dont use the one of 2.x since its for the Dsi version

Using this: http://www.kenghot.com/forum/uploads/CastleVaniaPor-Patcher.zipWill help with the freezing issues which are caused by the SD card + N5 not being able to stream data quick enough - using the above patch removes some sound effects which helps.I don't need to use it though as AKAIO for the Acekard has a fix in it for the issue.

i really dont want o lose the sound, is there no other way around?the freezes are less than in my 2 gb card, but still are annoying.
