Free wordpress hosting?

Is their a way to host wordpress for free?
(See thirth post for what I want to host! Sorry @Loony for making a dumb mistake!)

wordpress is a blog...

I looking for a host for this: http://wordpress.org/download/=> Has more options then a Wordpress account

so you're asking for hosting for a blog, but you don't want a blog?free is not a wise choice, cheap can be done but free should be avoided.

Wordpress is blog software...But if you are searching for a free host, http://000webhost.com/
