nex26I've completed FF:Tactics TWOTL on the PSP a couple of times now. I've tried play the GBA and DS versions, but they're pretty awful.
Yes, yes, both FFTA's law system makes me wanna eat it and crap it out.

I like FFTA games, square enix should do more of them.A2 in my mind sucked and the main hero looked REALLY stupid
The eguipment based ability system and races are nice ad

Cahos Rahne VelozaDitto on TirrithRR's comments :)But may I add, I hated the anthropomorphic character designs of the FFTA series & those two games feel too kiddie-fied compared to the first Final Fantasy Tactics game.I mean c'mon dude, a rabbit doesn't remotely look like a moogle, I'd bought the idea if they made a Koala as the basis for a moogle seeing as Koalas do look like moogles in my opinion.Koala bear:
Square-Enix concept of what a moogle looks like
See the similarity, now compare it to FFTA's concept of a moogle:
That's just plain old gay if you ask me :P
Its mainly because in FFTA the koala bear moogle would look pretty stupid.... more like a monster if you ask me. So the chopped it up and thinned it to make moogles more battle worthy.

I like moogle more as they are in FFTA games

MindFeverElaborate, why awful? The only thing i disliked in Tactics A2 (on the DS) is the long battles...
The mickey mouse storylines... the lack of a character with any real likeable qualities.

stories should be a lot more well.... mature and telling more about charecter and not just some sort of "frames"for example: hero in A2 could be a lot more interesting and not just a kid in strange land

I have to disagree...I liked the story...It was intriguing and very commom yet awesome.... which kid wouldn't like to become a warrior in the fantasy world of Final Fantasy ?

The First Final Fantasy Tactics game kinda had an element of "The Da Vinci Code" in it, which is why it was awesome ;)I won't give out any details as they might spoil the game to those who have yet to play it, but believe me, the game is more than just about a stupid war between Royalties claiming ownership of a country. It has a deeper plot.Whereas the FFTA games play on the basic premise of a boy who enters a fantasy world by mere chance as he opens a book. This plot is too lame compared to what the first game offered if you ask me.

FTA’s story wasn’t too bad, it still had depth and the characters/plot-twists held interest, I thought A2’s was terrible, it tried to almost exactly repeat what was done on gba, I didn‘t care for any it’s characters and the story was just plain boring.
