FF7- Galenmyra Hard Mod .iso?

I've been bittorrenting this thing but i just can't seem to get any connections, my thing is fine, i was getting 30kbs but now 0.1kb/s. Does anyone have a direct link to download or is there a way for Romulation to post this on the website?

How many seeds does your torrent have, and where did you download it from?

My port is however not oper, i've been searching for hours trying to find a solution. I have two routers one is a linksys 192.168.15.1 and a netgear that i connect to wirelessly 192.168.1.1. I don't understand how to portforward with this setup.

you are double NATed, that is not good. You need to forward the port on the linksys to the netgear IP, then on the netgear forward to your laptop.

so can you give me a little in site on how to do this, it would be much appreciated!

www.portforward.com should be able to help, you look up the models of the two routers. remember that the linksys one has to forward to the netgear, not your computer.
