fallout 3 language help

i live in japan and i really wanted to play fallout 3. i own an xbox and decided to buy a copy here in japan. problem is the whole game is in japanese. is there any way i can change the language settings? apparently theres a new patch coming out for the game but no details on whether it will have a language patch or not. an help guys?

I seriously doubt there will be any type of MS sanctioned patch that will fix that issue...You should have just imported the english copy. Or, learn to read japanese :p
