That's not a fake Pokemon Diamon game. It's actually a badly hacked version of Keitai Denjuu Telefang, a not so close Pokemon clone. Here's info on Keitai Denjuu Telefang, courtesy of GameFAQs:http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbcolor/home/578714.htmlAnd here's actual Telefang gameplay, not the horribly messed up Pokemon Diamond game you mentioned. This one's in its actual Japanese form:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJHt6q2iluwAnd For everyone's Information, though the people who hacked this game & made it into Pokemon Diamond eff'd up the game's story with bad English grammar, this game's plot is a lot better that Pokemon's "Kid was given a Pokedex because a lazy Professor doesn't want to do his job & the kid went off on a journey to become a Pokemon Master" plot line.
