I'm nearly to the second stratum now and for some reason I still haven't unlocked the item that restores TP. So by now I get the feeling that I've missed a vital drop or something, but I've grinded so much that I'm pretty sure that missing something would have been impossible. (I'm past level 20 on the fifth level)Can someone please tell me what I need to unlock TP restoration items?
