ePSXe emulator help

ok i unpackaged everything, i downloaded that 90 plugin pack on this site, and it keeps telling me i am missing zlib1.dllwhere do i get that file?

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/zlib1.zip?0VIiPEWHiWDownload and place it in the main folder of your epsxe emulator, unpack it from zip

now it asks me for a bios what is that and what do i need for it?
