I would make make healthy food taste like the stuff I really want.

To be brief, women wouldn't be allowed to drive because a majority can't drive for shit anyways, The Japanese would be getting hit with planes full of japanophiles, Prostitution and marijuana would be legal so that I could tax the shit out of them and make tons of money, and I'd fly an Apache helicopter everywhere and randomly blow shit up for laughs.I could add tons more to this, but I'll save that for another time.
