Where could I go about finding some? I've been Googling for some time and I can't find a good site.

Hmm... can't find anything for what I'm looking for. Thanks anyway.

Not all games have patches.

What are you looking for?

Jump Ultimate Stars is like 95% translated. if you are interested in that. Pokemon HG and SS are almost translated as well if you're so desperate to play them.Oh Tirrith...you're avatar. :)
I give it 10/10. Scruffy rocks. ;D
