Echoes of Time, best equipment availible?

Alright, so I'm lvl 99 in the game now, but my gear is REALLLLLY outdated even though my great axe is at lvl 30.I was wondering where you could get the blueprints for the best gear in game in general? Things that increase your hp up to 999 and such?

Make a choice between Mythical Beast Items OR Parallel World Garb. Just add a "level 20 boost" gem and you're good to go.
