DX11 Runtime?

If I can start with saying I have no background in computers or activities similar to this- so please forgive my lapses in general knowledge.
I have a PC laptop, Windows 7, 4GB memory, and I'm trying to run, (please don't judge ok I am a 15yo female,) Harvest moon MM.
I follow the steps detailed on the site and Dolphin loads up, I click the extrapolated game, and the error message pops up that I need to update my DX11 runtime.
I've gone to the windows site and downloaded the update that I found but it hasn't done anything, please help?

Does it still give you the error? Maybe you didn't install it but thought you did. Try the web installer in this page:http://www.directxupdate.com/
