DSI R4i Gold Flashcart help please

Hey guys, has anyone else been able to use a firmware on this card besides the current 1.31 that was released on Jan 21 ? I have tried the Wood 1.05, the 1.20b and the 1.09c but to no avail. Is it simply because they just won't run on the gold series ? I am trying to get a greater compatibility out of this card without buying a new one at the moment.Also, any suggestions please as to what is the best current flash cart on the market for the DSi that offers the greatest compatibility ?Thanks.

1.31 is the latest firmware and you can't use others as they are not compatible with R4i Gold.I suggest you to get a Acekard 2i.
