As you know ,downloading games are illegal. I also know Im saying this at a ROM site:DBut ,for example ,if we dowload The House Of The Dead I ,will it be still illegal?I really wanna discuss about it ,becouse I am reeeally bored.

Copyright lasts for like 70 years unless explicitly abandoned. Most companies don't care about their older games so even if you're "found" downloading it they most likely won't care.
