What browser are you using?

i am using internet explore

Try using a different browser, like Firefox.Internet Explorer is probably trying to open the file by default, and not saving it. I don't know the details on how to change how the browser handles files and certain file extensions. Firefox is a better (and safer) browser than Internet Explorer anyway.

ok then i try that what about the apple browser

Which one is the apple Browser? Netscape? I didn't know it was still around. Or is it Safari? (I'm not a Mac user, I can't remember what it uses). But Firefox does work on MAC OSX.

safari is the apple browser.
