Download speed 100 kb/s not 250 kb/s

I don't know why this is happening... Is it a virus so something? Should I try with a different computer?

probably your internet connection can't do 250KB/s. We do not guarantee 250KB/s, that is simply the maximum speed non-premium members are allowed. The actual speed you get depends on your internet connection and a lot of other things.
