Download problem

I am having a problem downloading from this site. When I select download, instead of being given the option of picking europe or usa it is a blank page. I have just downloaded IE v8 after receiving error messages originally.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong, or is this something others are having issues with?

Do you get the same problem in other browsers?

Try changing the internet settings>security to medium
