Download is restricted?

Okay I literally just joined this site less than 20 minutes ago so I really need some advice that might sound stupid. So I'm trying to download MP9 but apparently the download is "restricted" so I can't download it. Is it because I'm brand new? It can't be because I don't have enough points because I have 10,000 points and the game costs a little less than 2000.

Didn't "Search before you posted" eh :PHere ya' go ---> https://forum.romulation.net/threads/game-download-restricted.64975/#post-1455999And no the link isn't for the game, it's a thread that discusses the very same issue you asked about (namely Restricted downloads).
