Us Europeans have better ways to insult people...Isn't douche the french word for shower ?

Douche is short for Douche Bag.And as bloodvayne posted, Its a slang term used to call someone Stupid.

not sure about french, but it is extremely similar to portuguese, you only need to take out the ''o''.

It's close for the word shower in German ::)
