The emulator will not run on Celeron, even if it can, you might experiencing a major slowdown.and the emulator need a graphic that can support OpenGL.

With your current spec, I'm sure it can.Just update your direct-x, cc + and your graphic drivers to the latest version.

i don't have wii game for try in dolphin but i think i can't play wii games cuz my pc noobs xD
