Does anyone know how to speed up utorrent

Can anyone help i'm really sick of 30kbs download speed i have a BT Home Hub wireless router

what is your connection speed and what settings are you using for utorrent?

Did you disable uploading?
If yes, try turning it on.
I had the same problem, because I disabled uploading, my download speed went down.

And also how many seeds & leechers are there in the torrent tracker you're downloading from.These factors & the others mentioned by the guys who posted before I did, affects your download speed altogether.

Limit your upload speed, port forward etc. There's a few in-depth guides out there.
