does anyone have an english copy Fire Emblem: Monshō no Nazo

does anyone know where I could get my hands on either a patch for Fire Emblem: Monshō no Nazo the sequel to the original with marth in it or an english rom, if so how do you use the patch ???
the one here does the dialouge fine but the characters names, the menus, and the story don't work
