Do you leave your computer on when going away?

YoshiFlipI always hate that :PAfter installing something:
"Do you want to automatically or manually restart your computer?"

But with fast RAM and a decent CPU, your PC will be up 'n running in no time.

My PC boots as fast as hell...
My CPU isn't stable, though.

My PC is a pile of crap... ...slow, old, crappy....
I turn it of when I go to sleep or my dad will take it away!

I always put mine into hibernate and boot it back up the next day, after every 10 hibernations I do a manual restart to help if back to optimum.

I do ... but sometime I push the Sleep button.

I thought you meant a long period of time... 30 minutes? depends what I'm doing with the comp. If I'm working on a project/ schoolwork then I leave it on. If I'm just dicking around I'll turn it off. It only takes 30 seconds to boot anyways :D

Heh, my computer takes 2 minutes to turn off, and like 15 secs to boot (yeah, it is fast like hell).And the time period doesn't matter.

Depends, when I'm downloading something and have to leave I usually left it on.

I usually turn it off when I go to bed or when I'm going to be away for an hour or more.

The only time my computer is every off is when it updates. I leave it on becuase I don't have the time to spend 5 minutes starting it up to do a two minute check on the forums.

I turn my computer off unless its downloading/uploading something or If I just forget to turn it off..

Weeks, or months!!! I'm just to lazy to lean down and press the power button.

when i go to sleep at night i turn it off, cant sleep with noice, but most of the day time its on even though I'm at school or just home playing games on cosoles or hand held or doing absolutely nothing !!
