The way I see it is that demonoid doesn't encourage freely allowing just anyone to register an account, seeing as there are people like the ESA for example who want to stop piracy via torrent sharing. That's why though many want in, only a select few can be allowed in, hence the need for an invitation. Just think about it with this analogy, "you wouldn't invite a child molester to your 8 year old daughter's birthday party, right?"

You need to use the code within a couple of days before it get invalidated. Just to let you and everyone else who wants a Demonoid account. They usually open registration once a month during the end of the first week for 2-3 days. That was how I got on Demonoid, didn't get an invite or anything. The November opening has already been closed but if you are patient and wait until December they should have it open again.

No need for the snide remarks, he got it to work like a day or two ago

Keep in mind at the create invitation codes screen on demoinoid, it tells about if those you invite get warned or banned, you might get warned or banned too.It's a rare occurance this actually happens,
but keep track of how you throw the invites around.
It'll open again soon enough, so it's a matter of patience.

I'm glad I've got a demonoid accountI use it to get new games and anime.
Demonoid has them very soon.
