Diner Dash - Retro restaurant help, can't earn $12000

Sorry, it's either $12,000 or $1,200 - can't remember exactly. Anyway, I'm in the Retro restaurant and not far from completing the level. However I'm stuck and I can't reach the goal, I think it is $12,000, the closest I've come is $11K +.Any tricks or suggestions? I've tried to keep everyone's hearts full and tried to serve desserts and chips as requested. Thanks!

Reduce the price of the food to the cheapest ;D

Well in case anyone else looks this up later on with a similar issue, I haven't done it yet but I'm getting closer. I forgot about matching the customer's outfit color with the seat color which earns extra points and is helping me make more money. This $12,000 one is tough, and there's like 3 left to complete the Retro level :-[ !
